THE ACTION COLLECTIVE REFUND POLICY
The commitment to The Action Collective Program is for 12 months, regardless of whether you choose weekly, monthly or yearly payment options.
Once the year expires, you will continue to be charged at the rate you signed up with, even if rate increases have occurred since your first purchased.
If you'd like to opt out of continuing the program, please cancel your subscription directly at least 48 hours prior to the next payment due date.
Due to the thoughtfully accessible price and high touch nature of the program, I am not able to offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Refunds are only provided when required by ACCC legislation.
All products are digital and therefore non-refundable.
However, if you are having difficulty getting value from the program, I want you to immediately get in touch with me personally at crystal@extremeexcellence.com.
We will find a solution together for your success, and if that means helping you exit the program and future charges, then I will do that supportively with you.
